Every HALO membership begins with a complimentary consultation so our team can understand your goals, review your wellness history, and help you choose the membership that fits you best.
Payment & Financing
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards where eligible. Membership fees are billed automatically each month, with full pricing transparency given during your consultation.
Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This helps us manage provider time and offer openings to other members on our waitlist.
